Get him to the Greek!

One of the biggest trends (and probably the first trend you'll ever notice on this campus) is Greek lettered apparel. Although it isn't a trend you tend to see on the runaway, if you are a part of Greek life at Lehigh, you have at least FIVE articles of clothing with your Greek organization's letters on it. There are 19 fraternities on this campus and 9 sororities, with about 30% of the male population in Greek life and about 30% of the female population as well (I read this in some article on College Enquirer) but instead of boring you with number and statistics, all of this basically means that Greek Lettered Apparel is literally seen every single day on this campus. 

Whether it's an athletic pinny with fraternity letters or a V-neck T-shirt from American Apparel with sorority letters, there are numerous ways to look great and on-trend while proudly wearing your large Greek letters on it.  A popular place for the females to get cute and "trendy" apparel (and one I highly recommend) is American Apparel. They have this section online where you can custom make your own tee, tank, cardigan, sweater, etc. to your size and whichever color you want! You can pair the typical V-neck shirt, for example, with an over-sized cardigan or denim button up, and tuck it in with the summer staple trend that is the high-waisted cut-offs. A big fashion brand that also provides fashionable accessories and clothing for sororities is Lilly Pulitzer and I definitely recommend checking it out for cute Greek wear! (and not to brag but my sorority did just get picked for their new line of sorority Greek wear<3).

Guys, don't think I forgot about you! Aside from the typical pinnies, guys can get buttoned up oxford shirts with their letters embroidered on them, jackets, pullovers, hats, vests, etc. The great thing about this trend is that it's very versatile. You can find ways to dress up your Greek letters for a casual outing with friends or you can wear your letters on light tanks and pinnies for a day at the gym. Other online clothing sites I recommend for your Greek apparel are Adam Block Design, Greek Gear, and Custom Greek Threads.

All in all, I think Lehigh students within the Greek community have done a fabulous job at looking great and on trend, getting creative and versatile with their Greek letters. According to College Enquirer, we are the #3 school with a prevalent Greek community, so I don't think this trend is leaving this campus anytime soon, so keep looking great guys!
